The accused, 49-year-old Abdulla Suleiman Mohamed Alhantoubi Alnaqbi, married a woman from the Old City nearly two years ago but did not take her along with him.

On June 20, 2009, the marriage was performed at Shamshuddin’s house. Alnaqbi took the woman to a lodge and stayed there for four days. Later he went back to Dubai convincing her that he would come back and take her along with him.
The arrested man, Abdulla Suleiman Mohamed Alhantoubi Alnaqbi (49) married the woman in 2009 with a promise to take her to his country, Dubai.
