‘YSRC meet will provide platform for integrationists’

The October 26 Samaikya Sankharavam in Hyderabad led by YSR Congress chief Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy will provide a platform for all integrationists across the State, including Telanganites, to forcefully articulate the demand for united Andhra Pradesh, party Chief Whip Balineni Srinivasa Reddy said on Sunday.
Speaking after releasing the poster for the mega event to bring together lakhs of Samaikyandhra protagonists cutting across party lines, Mr Srinivasa Reddy maintained that a majority of the people in the State, including those in Telangana, wanted the State to remain united. He said people were confused whether TDP chief N. Chandrababu Naidu's fast was either for State division or united AP. .
People were perplexed as to how could Mr Naidu diagnosed of suffering from jaundice could resume his ''Atma Gaurva Bus yatra'' from Srikakulam, he asked.
He held a meeting with Assembly constituency coordinators in Prakasam district and decided to arrange for over 200 buses and a special train from here to mobilise more than one lakh people from the district to Hyderabad for the Saturday's meet.
