Jagan slams Congress, TD

                                                                               
Claiming that the present byelections were being conducted between justice and injustice, the YSR Congress president, Mr Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy, urged people to vote for the YSR Congress candidates known for their integrity.
Addressing people at Rayachoti in Kadapa district as part of byelection campaign on Saturday, he alleged that Congress government was shunning welfare schemes introduced by Y.S. Rajasekhar Reddy.
Mr Jagan alleged that the Congress and the Telugu Desam launched a slander campaign against him and his family to gain political benefit. He alleged that these two parties were unable to digest the growing popularity of the YSR Congress in the state.
Mr Jagan said that he was getting overwhelming support from people in all parts of the state. He promised to implement the schemes launched by YSR if elected to power.
The YSR Congress president said that his party would work for the welfare of farmers, women, youth and the weaker sections and would not let down people. He said that YSR had helped in Muslims in education and employment.
He alleged that present Congress government was trying to claim credit for the schemes launched by YSR and urged people to teach a lesson to the Congress government. Mr Jagan said that the bypoll results should become a slap for the Congress leaders in the state and also in Delhi. He said that he was striving to implement the schemes launched by YSR and urged people to elect the YSR Congress candidates with a huge majority.
Rayachoti candidate G. Srikanth Reddy, party district convenor K. Suresh Babu and others were present. Meanwhile, former Lakkireddypalle MLA G. Dwarakanath Reddy joined the YSR Congress in the presence of Mr Jagan Mohan Reddy.
