More jolts to Jagan likely

The CBI has decided to file six more chargesh-eets in the Jagan disproportionate assets case.
The process of issuing a GO for attachment of properties in the name of Sakshi and other companies and individuals accused was also speeded up by the CBI and the state government.
The companies are already facing a tough time, with bank accou-nts frozen and a ban on government advertisements besides reports on the impending arrest of their young leader.
The GO on the seizure and attachment of properties is also expected in the next fe days, the process being in the final stage, sources said.
The issuance of a GO under the Criminal Law Amendment Act will be brought to the notice of the CBI’s trial court.
After the attachment of properties, the ED will also come into the picture, with the chargesh-eets to be handed over to it by the CBI court where the Prevention of Money Laundering Act will apply.
