YSRCP candidate, two others file nomination

                                                                                   
Two candidates filed nomination papers for Rajampet constituency and one for Railway Kodur (SC) constituency in Kadapa district on Monday.
Former MLA and YSR Congress Party candidate Akepati Amarnath Reddy filed his nomination papers in front of the Returning Officer of Rajampet constituency, K. Srinivasulu, in Rajampet RDO office on Monday.
Mr. Amarnath Reddy, who was disqualified for sailing with YSR Congress Party president Y.S. Jaganmohan Reddy, went along with film actor and party leader Roja, YSRCP district convenor K. Suresh Babu and former Rajampet municipal vice-chairman Pola Srinivasulu Reddy and Rajampet market committee chairman Choppa Yella Reddy and supporters in a rally from YSRCP office at Noonevaripalle to the RDO office. Rajampet DSP Muniramaiah had organised for police bandobust.
Independent candidate
Backward class leader Avvaru Mallikarjuna filed his papers as an independent candidate for Rajampet constituency.
The District Vigilance and Monitoring Committee member J.V. Ramana filed his papers as an independent from Railway Kodur (SC) segment on Monday.
