The appearance of Kadapa MP Y.S. Jaganmohan Reddy in the
principal court for CBI cases at Nampally on May 28 in response to
summons became a certainty on Monday as the court reserved order till
that date on a petition seeking “postponement, deferment and
adjournment” of the proceedings.
The judge A. Pullaiah said, after hearing arguments in the petition, “Let them appear. It is only their first appearance.”
